i found the staff friendly and helpful. they explained everything clearly. the team helped me with a room issue. the room was beautiful. it was cleaned to a high standard daily. i really enjoyed the authentic food and different choices. the indoor heated pool was great. i spent some time in the jacuzzi, it was very clean. the showers had strong pressure. the location was ideal. it was only a five-minute walk to the busy tourist area. local bars and cafes are very close by. the gym was awesome, i used the indoor pool. i appreciated the daily happy hour coupons for the bar. the breakfast selection had many items for a couple of days. checking in and out was super easy. there are shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
i can't imagine how it works during high season.

the staff was friendly and helpful . the breakfast buffet included typical british fare like bacon, eggs, and beans. dinners had italian, indian, and asian dishes. the room was cleaned upon request and the manager checked to ensure satisfaction.
the gym was a bit small and could get crowded. it would be better with more space and equipment.

the reception staff provided helpful information. canteen and restaurant staff were attentive. pabi kept things organized. salman at reception was amazing with a cute approach and he were really nice.

the location was quiet at night, at least in november. several pubs across the street included one with spanish beers. a shop was on the corner, and pizza was available on the next corner. imhasel, wileg, kennedy and pijunieri bus stops are nearby.

i enjoyed the room and its balcony it was comfortable i found the location quite convenient with shops nearby the friendly staff welcomed me warmly they promptly addressed my needs and requests.
the gym equipment is a bit old and could use an upgrade i think.

The gym had all the equipment I needed for my workouts! The indoor and outdoor pools were very well-kept and offered a great way to relax. I found the room surprisingly spacious and very clean. Checking in and out was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
